GroReel is an AI tool that checks an Instagram Reel before you post it. You upload the draft and, in about a minute, get a 0–100 virality score, a straight call (post it, or fix it first), and the fixes that move the score most, in order. It also rewrites the hook and caption for that exact reel, and for reels you haven't filmed yet, it writes the script, a shot list and a cut list.
It's built for creators stuck under about 1,000 views who want to know why, in plain English. It is not affiliated with Instagram or Meta.
What one check gives you

How it works
- Upload the draft (MP4, MOV or WebM, up to 2 minutes) with the caption and hashtags you plan to use.
- An AI model watches the whole video, frames, audio, on-screen text and caption, and judges it against the signals Instagram ranks Reels on.
- You get the score, the fixes and the rewrites, usually in 30–60 seconds. The video is deleted from GroReel's servers as soon as the check finishes.

- It can't guarantee a reel goes viral. Reach also depends on timing, your audience and luck. GroReel makes sure everything you control is fixed before you post.
- The score is an estimate. GroReel asks creators to report how their reels actually performed, to measure and improve it.
- It's tuned for Instagram Reels. Most of the advice carries over to TikTok and YouTube Shorts, but the scores are calibrated for Instagram.

Does GroReel guarantee my reel will go viral?
No. Reach also depends on timing, your audience and luck. GroReel checks everything you control, such as the hook, length, sends, originality and caption, so good reels stop failing on avoidable mistakes.
What happens to the video I upload?
It's deleted from GroReel's servers as soon as the check finishes. The scores and suggestions are kept so you can look back at them.
Is GroReel made by Instagram?
